Erin Radosevich, PE, LEED AP BD+C, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado and Wyoming. Erin started Mortise & Tenon Engineering, LLC, to return to her roots in residential design and better connect with the Northern Colorado and Southeast Wyoming Communities.

She values listening and collaborating with the team as a path to a successfully completed project. Her unique experience in construction management serves to recognize the building as a system and the importance of a coordinated effort.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Erin has worked on a diverse range of projects including commercial, educational, institutional, and residential buildings, as well as bridges and other infrastructure projects. Her expertise spans from designing new structures to analyzing and rehabilitating existing ones, and she is adept at utilizing the latest technologies and software tools to optimize designs and ensure structural integrity.
